Construction is underway at the Royal Phoenix Site in Front Royal, VA as a geotechnical investigation is conducted.
The Company’s principal place of business is located in Warren County, Virginia, in the Town of Front Royal, approximately 69 miles west of Washington, D.C. Warren County is listed as part of the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, DC-VA-MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Town of Front Royal has a population of 14,899, and serves as the main population center of Warren County.
Site work has begun with rough grading of the Royal Phoenix site.
The soil at the Royal Phoenix site was tested for any chemical pollutants. The tests came back negative and the site is cleared to begin construction.

Congressman Bob Goodlatte, Virginia 6th District, and Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, presided over the ceremony clearing of the Royal Phoenix location for development. During the clearing ceremony, Mathy Stanislaus, the Assistant Administrator of the EPA at the time cleared the Royal Phoenix site for development.
